Every client receives an ICF-aligned coaching agreement before sessions begin, which clearly outlines confidentiality terms and expectations.

Without doubt, I would not still be in headship without this coaching. My sessions with Nadia have made me understand what it means to be a strategic leader and how to run a successful team. The impact of these sessions has been all-encompassing both through my work and personal life, allowing me to separate the two and make sure I can be who I need to be at home too. What to expect from a 1:1 coaching session

A coaching session is usually 60 minutes long and you can expect a focused, reflective conversation designed to help you think clearly and move forward with a particular challenge.
