Hosted in an eight-bedroom country retreat in Northamptonshire, with an onsite spa and peaceful gardens, our LEAP Retreat combines personal rejuvenation with professional growth.

Alongside individual coaching, group coaching conversations create opportunities to learn from other school leaders and the Destino Coaching team with the aim of helping you gain new perspectives and challenge your thinking in a supportive environment. The combination of personal reflection, coaching and peer learning helps participants leave with practical next steps as well as renewed confidence.
